Bolivia still operates a Navy - even after loosing the coastline in the war with Chile back in 1884. But it's a small one - a headquarter in La Paz, and the last and only ship, the 'Buque Libertador Bolivar'(CPF3), anchored in the harbor of Puerto Rosario, Argentina.
