PTT Moskva (Moscow Radio Telephone Station) :

here is a telegraph marker (RGI24/RDZ77) from the Soviet PTT (rb, 1974)
this voice mirror is known to almost every utility-radio-listener, active in those days (Rudy van Dalen, 1980)
listen to the RTTY test transmission from RNP72 for telex exchange with Tel Aviv (rb, 1985)
just in case you have no decoder at hand ;-)

a report to the PTT was mislead to Radio Moscow, they correctly refused to verify (Dieter Pohlmann, 1983)
the same happened to me in 1986 (rb)
