Joop Balneger received this letter in 1989, accompanied by his prepared card
from the collection of Michael Oexner: a detailed QSL letter from 1990
the report was originally mislead to 'Radio Moscow', but finally arrived corrcetly (Dieter Pohlmann1991)
this friendly QSL letter was sent in 1994 to Patrick Robic
