see the symbol of the 'forces weather frogs' from the files of Thomas Ingenpass
high above the famous 'Mosel' river (home of the best white wine) there was the transmitting station used, comprising of 2 rotatable log-periodics, and 3 multi-band dipoles (rb, 2011)
GoogleEarth shows the transmitter plant 'Hochheid' close to the village of St Aldegund
