PHQ Plymouth. I took the photos during my visit in 1988. I was allowed to make a QSO with a nice police woman on Anguilla who I had met a couple of days before. It was the first and only time I operated a transceiver! One day I hiked around the Soufrière volcano. This erupted in 1995 covering most of the southern part of the island, including Plymouth and the DW relay, with a thick layer of lava, mineral dust and rocks. The new capital is now Brades in the north of the island.
