PTT Harare is the very same station as PTC Causeway, or as
PTT Salisbury. Just different names...
when Rhodesia changed its name to Zimbabwe, the name of the capital
was changed, too: from Salisbury to Harare

Salisbury Terminal of the Rhodesian Post Office...
