Even though MFA Moskva from Russia is not really the successor of MFA Moskva from the Soviet Union, it may be interesting to compare both pages

several sources said, that 'RCF' was a station of the Soviet MFA, but still doubtful

 

here with a CQ call in RTTY 75 Bd (rb, 1986) just in case you have no decoder at hand ;-)
