MoI (Ministry of Interior) network in Germany :

These stations were forming a radio net in the 1980's/1990's, with a central station near Bonn, stations of the border patrol (BGS),
stations from the 16 federal states (BePo), and 1 station from the german 'FBI' (BKA). Traffic always was between the HQ and
the outlying station, no direct traffic between other stations was ever noted.
The hub station of the entire network was located in Kirspenich, west of the old capital Bonn (see picture below)
